Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, contributing, or using the Leader’s Table, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization using the product.

The product

The Leader’s Table is a self-led, Jesus-centered leadership rhythm with digital guidance and downloadable resources. MSSNL does not facilitate your meetings unless separately agreed in writing.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Notify MSSNL promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Account access and contributions

A signed-in account may use the Leader’s Table for one organization, subject to these Terms, while MSSNL continues to make the system available. Access is not conditioned on making a contribution. MSSNL welcomes voluntary contributions in any amount to help keep its library and tools freely available. Contributions are processed through the embedded Givebutter form and do not purchase additional access, ownership, or service commitments.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or probe the application, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or use the product to harm, harass, or exploit anyone.
• Do not resell, publicly distribute, publish, sublicense, or share the materials with unrelated organizations.

Your information

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant MSSNL the limited rights needed to host and operate the service. Private worksheet drafts are designed to remain in your browser and are not sent to MSSNL’s server.

No professional advice

The Leader’s Table is educational and organizational. It is not counseling, therapy, medical care, legal advice, HR advice, professional consulting, or pastoral care, and it is not a substitute for qualified help.

Availability and changes

MSSNL may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. The service and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without a service-level guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSSNL Inc and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or opportunity. MSSNL’s total liability arising from the product will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you voluntarily contributed to MSSNL during the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so lawful rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you and MSSNL agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Iowa, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

MSSNL may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions may be sent to hello@mssnl.org.
