Why MSSNL Exists
From the beginning, God created mankind for Himself.
To walk with Him. To bear His image.
To multiply His Kingdom on the earth.
But humanity turned.
“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.” (Isaiah 53:6).
“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).
“You were dead in your trespasses and sins.” (Ephesians 2:1).
“But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,
even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ” (Ephesians 2:4–5).
Through Jesus, the Good Shepherd, we are restored.
He calls His disciples to abide in Him, obey His Word, and carry His mission to the nations.
This is why MSSNL exists:
To equip people everywhere to follow Jesus fully. To multiply disciples. To live sent.
What we do
MSSNL is not led by one personality.
It is a collaborative movement of believers united by the gospel and committed to the unity of the Church.

Huddles – Small, reproducible circles of obedience and accountability.
Trips – Immersive experiences that create margin and mission.
Curated Experiences – Gatherings that root leaders, families, and teams in the Way of Jesus.
The Team
MSSNL was founded by two friends whose lives have been shaped by obedience and adventure.
One traded waves for wheat fields. The other traded boardrooms for the mission field.
Together, they build what they live: clarity, margin, formation, and community, calling others to live sent in every sphere of life.
Ryan Eldridge
Co-Founder & Director
Husband. Father of four. Former exec turned writer.
Ryan spent over twenty years in business and ministry, helping leaders, churches, and organizations align faith, finances, and mission. His experience shaped a vision for integrating work and worship in daily life.
He serves as Board Chair for Praying Pelican Missions, building partnerships that strengthen the global Church.
At MSSNL, he writes Scripture-rich resources and leads trips that help believers live with clarity, margin, and obedience.
Together, Ryan and his family pursue peace, justice, and purpose—living a better story for the glory of God.
Tim Hall
Co-Founder & Editor
Husband. Father of four. Former surfer turned pastor.
Tim traded waves for wheat fields to follow Christ and shepherd others in His way. He planted and pastored a church for ten years in Nebraska and now serves as Director of the Men's Program at a rescue mission.
He teaches ethics, philosophy, and the Bible as a college professor while completing his Doctor of Ministry degree.
At MSSNL, he brings depth and formation to the movement, helping others walk in the rhythm of Scripture and live sent wherever God leads.
Tim and his wife live sent together, raising their family to follow Jesus and serve others wherever He leads.

Together, we serve pastors, leaders, and churches across the globe, building unity, trust, and mission through long-term relationships.
Praying Pelican Missions
A Global Partner in Mission
Praying Pelican Missions connects the global Church through service and relationship. For over twenty years, PPM has built trusted partnerships with local pastors and congregations around the world, helping teams serve where the Church is already at work.
Through this partnership, MSSNL and PPM unite discipleship and mission. MSSNL provides formation, Scripture-rich resources, and leadership development. PPM provides the network, logistics, and in-country partnerships that make sustainable ministry possible.
Together, we help churches live sent, serving communities, strengthening leaders, and advancing the Gospel through lasting relationships that honor both local pastors and the people they serve.
