Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information supplied through Clerk, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and session information.
• Organization setup and operating information, such as organization and facilitator names, participant count, meeting dates, cadence completion, review progress, and access status.
• Technical and usage information, such as browser and device details, IP address, request logs, page visits, and selected product events.
• Messages you voluntarily send through MSSNL contact forms or email.

Worksheet privacy

Text entered in Leader’s Table worksheet fields is stored in local browser storage on that device. It is not sent to MSSNL’s server. Anyone with access to that browser profile or an exported PDF may be able to see it. Clearing browser data can permanently remove local drafts.

How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and protect product access.
• Provide setup, cadence, review, download, and support functions.
• Maintain security, diagnose problems, prevent misuse, and improve the product.
• Comply with law and enforce agreements.

Service providers

• Clerk provides authentication and account-session services and receives the identity and technical data needed for those functions.
• Replit hosts the application and related server and database infrastructure and processes technical and stored product data.
• Replit Project Analytics, using Umami when enabled, may process page-view and product-event data. MSSNL does not use the Leader’s Table to serve behavioral advertising.
• Givebutter provides MSSNL’s embedded contribution form and processes contribution payment information, transaction details, receipts, and related technical data under its own policies. Leader’s Table access does not depend on whether you contribute. MSSNL does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Cookies and local storage

The app uses necessary browser storage for authentication, secure temporary guest sessions, local worksheet drafts, preferences, and product operation. Optional aggregate analytics may also use browser technologies.

Sharing

MSSNL does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers acting for MSSNL, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of an organizational transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

MSSNL keeps server-stored information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the product, maintain access records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Local worksheet drafts remain until you clear them or browser storage is removed. No system is completely secure, but MSSNL uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information MSSNL controls by contacting hello@mssnl.org. Some access and transaction records may be retained when legally or operationally required. You can remove local worksheet drafts with the in-app clear control or browser settings.

Children and geographic scope

The Leader’s Table is intended for organizational leaders age 18 or older and is not directed to children. It is operated from the United States. If you use it elsewhere, local privacy rights may also apply.
