Contribution & Refund Policy

Leader’s Table access is not sold. This policy applies only to voluntary contributions made to MSSNL through Givebutter.

Voluntary contributions

MSSNL welcomes contributions in any amount to support its free library, maintain tools such as the Leader’s Table, and develop future resources. No contribution is required to create an account or use the system. A contribution does not purchase the Leader’s Table or change the contributor’s access rights.

Contribution processing

Contributions are made through a Givebutter form embedded on MSSNL. Givebutter processes payment details and may issue a transaction receipt or other acknowledgement. MSSNL does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. A contribution should not be treated as tax-deductible solely because a receipt was issued; contributors should consult their own tax adviser about their circumstances.

Requesting a correction or refund

If you contributed by mistake, entered the wrong amount, or believe a charge was incorrect, contact hello@mssnl.org promptly with the contributor name, contribution date, amount, and reason for the request. Never send full payment-card details. You may also use the support options provided by Givebutter.

Review of requests

MSSNL will review requests in good faith. If a refund is approved, it will be returned through Givebutter to the original payment method when possible. Givebutter and the financial institutions involved control processing times. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
