Product License

License grant

MSSNL grants the organization using an authorized account a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the application and use, download, print, and internally reproduce Leader’s Table materials for its own teams. This license is not conditioned on making a contribution.

Permitted internal use

• Use the system with multiple internal teams belonging to the same legal organization.
• Provide reasonable copies to employees, volunteers, officers, or ministry leaders participating on those teams.
• Adapt schedules and complete worksheets for internal operations while preserving MSSNL ownership notices.

Not permitted

• Resale, sublicensing, public posting, external redistribution, or use by unrelated organizations.
• Removing ownership notices or claiming the materials as your own.
• Using the product to create or sell a competing product, training, curriculum, or managed service.
• Sharing account credentials beyond authorized people in the account holder’s organization.

Ownership and termination

MSSNL and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the application, text, designs, downloads, and trademarks. The license ends if the organization materially violates these terms and does not cure the violation after notice. Sections protecting ownership and limiting redistribution survive termination.
